Rose Hill Cemetery Association, established some time in the 1860’s, is a non-profit corporation under the jurisdiction of the State of New Jersey.  As the Association Constitution and By-Laws read, its members are the lot owners.  The Board of Directors has 12-13 volunteer members, with directors being elected for a three year term on a staggered basis at the annual meeting held in February of each year.  Officers are selected from the Board of Directors every year at that annual meeting.
